Apricot, Brown Sugar, and Honey Ham Glaze
Sweet breakfast apricot, brown sugar, and honey ham glaze will be a hit at your next Sunday brunch. Eat it with a little syrup, diced in eggs, on a muffin, or with a side of grits.

lbs pre-cooked ham

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp orange juice

cups apricot jam

tbsp honey
Preparation
Stir together the brown sugar, apricot jam, honey, and orange juice in a bowl until the mixture is well combined.
Score your ham with a knife in a diamond pattern & pour glaze over ham.
Preheat oven to 325 F and bake in a shallow roasting pan for 20 minutes per pound.
