The smell of sweet warm muffins throughout the house is sure to awake morning sleepers; these banana muffins are soft, buttery, and full of delicious banana flavor. Try them for yourself!

ripe bananas

smashed

cups salted butter

large egg

tsp vanilla

cups brown sugar

cups all-purpose flour

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Add cupcake liners to muffin pan.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. In a large bowl, mix bananas, butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and milk.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients then add to banana mixture. Mix until combined.

  5. Fill liners.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to continue cooling.

  8. Enjoy!
