Preparation
Add cupcake liners to muffin pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix bananas, butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and milk.
In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients then add to banana mixture. Mix until combined.
Fill liners.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to continue cooling.
