Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cover and heat on medium high until the cranberries start to “pop.”

  2. Turn the heat down to low and simmer the sauce uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Let the sauce cool and then serve, or refrigerate for up to three days.
