You can make this simple chicken noodle soup with just a handful of ingredients and hardly any hands-on time. Grab a medium saucepan and a few boxes of chicken broth, and let’s get started.

oz cream of chicken soup

oz frozen mixed veggies

grilled chicken breasts (chopped)

oz dried egg noodles

tsp ground thyme

tsp ground basil

salt (to taste)

pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Combine chicken broth and veggie mix in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, basil, thyme, salt & pepper, chicken chunks, and noodles. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately, or freeze for a delicious meal later!

It was delicious, even my girls ate it and liked it. I’ve had to give the recipe to most of the Mothers at the bus stop.
