Creamy Tomato Soup
There’s nothing quite as cozy or relaxing as enjoying a bowl of comfort food. This creamy tomato soup would be the perfect comfort food for a rainy, gloomy day, or even for any day you are in the mood for something extra cozy.

tbsp minced garlic

oz whole peeled tomatoes
canned

cups chicken broth

tsp salt

tsp pepper

cups heavy cream
Preparation
On medium heat, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Add minced garlic and onion powder.
Cook until garlic is lightly golden brown, stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes (undrained), chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth.
Whisk in heavy cream. Serve hot. Enjoy!
