Ingredients

cups mixed berries of your choice; strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

bananas

3

large handfuls of spinach or kale

1

cups greek yogurt 

3

tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds

pineapple or orange juice for sweetness 

Preparation

  1. Get out all of your ingredients & portion each; berries, banana, spinach or kale, Greek yogurt, & ground flaxseed or chia seeds in 6 separate baggies. 

  2. When you’re ready to make add desired amount of pineapple or orange juice & blend for a refreshing smoothie anytime.
