cups mixed berries of your choice; strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

bananas

large handfuls of spinach or kale

cups greek yogurt

tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
pineapple or orange juice for sweetness
Preparation
Get out all of your ingredients & portion each; berries, banana, spinach or kale, Greek yogurt, & ground flaxseed or chia seeds in 6 separate baggies.
When you’re ready to make add desired amount of pineapple or orange juice & blend for a refreshing smoothie anytime.
