Donna’s Quiche Pie

Quiches are a great, easy, and filling breakfast when you have a little extra time in the morning to go the extra mile. This recipe is a flavorful and savory dish to kick start your day on the right note.

deep dish pie crusts

16

oz softened cream cheese

2

bags of shredded Mexican style cheese

1

can of drained fiesta corn

1

box of frozen, chopped and drained spinach

eggs

1

medium red onion chopped

15 oz. cans drained diced tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Blend well.

  3. Pour into pie crusts and bake for one hour. Let cool for five minutes before serving.
