Easy Fruit Cobbler

Cobbler is such a classic crowd pleaser, especially on days where you just want something cozy and sweet as a dessert. Give this recipe a try and you might have a new family favorite to serve with some ice cream after dinner!

cups biscuit mix

cups milk

cups sugar

tsp vanilla

sticks butter or margarine

large can of peaches or any fruit, drained

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Melt butter and pour into an 8″x 8″ baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir remaining ingredients together until well mixed.

  4. Pour over butter, but do not stir. Place fruit on top.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
