Freezer Pulled Pork

A white plate with barbeque pulled pork on a hard bun, with a dill pickle slice on the side.

Make sure you always have a classic dish on hand with freezer pulled pork. You only need a gallon zip top bag and three basic ingredients: pork roast or tenderloin, an envelope of pulled pork seasoning, and a bottle of barbecue sauce. Combine it all together and then let it sit in the freezer for up to three months. When you’re feeling like a delicious, savory home cooked meal but don’t want to put it any effort, simply take out the freezer bag, dump the contents into a slow cooker, and let the appliance work its magic! We always keep a bag or two of this freezer pulled pork on hand in case we want to whip up a few sandwiches or need a last minute dinner idea.
