French Dip Beef
Meet the easiest, most comforting meal you’ll make all winter: French dip beef. You only need a gallon zip top bag and two simple ingredients—yes, only two! Just combine four pounds of beef chuck roast and two cans of beef consommé soup in the gallon bag, and then let it sit in the freezer for up to three months. When you’re feeling like a delicious, savory home cooked meal but don’t want to put it any effort, simply take out the freezer bag, dump the contents into a slow cooker, and let the appliance work its magic! This French dip beef practically falls apart on the plate, and is just the right amount of tender and creamy.
