Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the peppers.

  3. Fill each pepper to the top with the cheese mixture and place in a jalapeño grill rack. Cover with foil and grill for about 8 minutes or until the bottoms are charred and the cheese mixture is lightly browned.
