Orange Cooler
Orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream, and lemon-lime soda makes for one refreshing and delicious summertime drink! This recipe was submitted by Gail G., the winner of our “Cool Beverages” contest for May 2005.

pt vanilla ice cream

pt orange sherbet
1
large bottle lemon-lime soda
Preparation
In a tall glass mix 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream on the bottom layer with a 1/4 of the sherbet. Add another layer of vanilla then orange sherbet. Fill glass with lemon-lime soda. Serve with an iced teaspoon for scooping or mixing and a straw.
