Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about one minute.

  3. Add rice.

  4. Cook until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.

  5. Mix in taco sauce.
