So easy to make and full of mouthwatering flavors. Dig into tender steak with a lime flavor and a hint of spice. Dress it up with cilantro, guacamole, and onions for even more flavor.

Flank steak or skirt steak

tbsp Soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

Juice from one lime

Garlic cloves – minced

Chili powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Flour or corn tortillas

Cilantro (optional garnish)

Onion (optional garnish)

Guacamole (optional garnish)

Preparation

  1. Cut the flank or skirt steak into one-to-two-inch pieces.

  2. In a large to medium sized bowl add the juice from one lime, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, and salt and pepper.

  3. Add the cubed steak and let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Heat a medium sized skillet to medium high heat. Add cubed steak and some of the marinade.

  5. Cook for about 7 minutes or until no longer pink.

  6. Put the steak in the center of your tortilla with desired toppings.
