Turkey Meatballs

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth; cook for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with the rest of the ingredients. Add cooked veggies and mix thoroughly. Roll into 12 even balls and place in muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
